The rooms have been recently redecorated and offer a beautiful view of the mountains, plus the staff members are exceptionally friendly and efficient.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to common areas, restaurants, shops, and bars. Every staff member we met was eager to assist. - the room was a good size, and it was exceptional with free Wi-Fi and floor-to-ceiling windows.

I was offered a room with absolutely breathtaking mountain views. Breakfast options were complimentary, and I loved it. The pool area was nice. The location was perfect, right by entertainment, restaurants, most attractions, and the Biltmore and Winery. Every detail was excellent, and the staff were eager to help.

Marvellous and brilliant location, not too far from Boutique Lp. Positioned in the very nice area, really close to downtown where there are several restaurants, and downtown Asheville. Attentive and efficient staff, marvellous breakfast with plenty of food.

The bathroom was large and well equipped. The beds were large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel has a large free parking. You can sit in a very comfortable lounge, and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly.

The room was a bit narrow, the noise was coming from the corridor. The air conditioning was, unfortunately, very loud.

The hotel is conveniently situated in a central area near restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. The location offers easy access to all the attractions downtown Asheville has to offer. The breakfast provided at the hotel was fantastic with a wide variety of food options to choose from. Korean House Restaurant is within walking distance from the venue.

Regarding service, it was impeccable with a shuttle to local attractions.

The restaurant was great, with excellent service and outstanding food. The king room had all the essentials I needed, including coffee and tea makers and a refrigerator. The location was marvelous and fabulous, within walking distance from Pack Square Park.

Parking near the hotel want the greatest. The breakfast service/wait time was awful. Didn't seem ready to handle the number of guests for breakfast.

The restaurant here is lovely for breakfast and dinner, serving simple dishes, and the location is fantastic, surrounded by wineries and bars, which adds to the beauty of the area.

I really liked the cool old-fashioned building with a modern touch and the room with a nice view that seemed freshly redone. The hotel was super convenient, right smack in the middle of everything downtown. 🏞️
